​​I have always been passionate about being healthy and helping others. Practicing physical therapy allows me to live my passion to the fullest.  I have worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating PT school in 2000.  Since then,  I have developed an integrative hands-on approach that gives each patient the individualized attention they need, so they get can get better care and faster results.  I have earned certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling (Level 1 & 2), Pilates for Rehabilitation, Yoga, Kinesiotaping, and Reiki Master. 

I can treat most orthopedic conditions of the spine or extremities.  My treatments include: manual therapy,  dry needling,  IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization),  pre/post-operative rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, exercise prescription, mat/reformer pilates, yoga, cupping therapy, energy healing, kinesiotaping, postural assessments, body mechanics education, gait analysis, and custom orthotics.
